Aspirants cannot lead events unless asked to specifically by unanimous consent of the entire group or a Council member. If you have not already done so, please go to the New Member Forum and read all the required documents. (As well as any of the suggested documents you have time for.)

This is the entry level of membership. This level lasts from two weeks to a month (or more) depending on how often a member is active in the guild: both in "The Guild Hall" (online) and in Guild Events, IC and/or OOC guild Chat, Guild Meetings, actively involved in joining in questing and instance groups and generally involved to the guild. Aspirants that join and are rarely or never on will be removed from the roster at the Council's discretion. We need to get to know you as well as you need to get to know us before either of us decides The Dragonflight is the guild for you.

Elder
Basically this is the designation for active members who have been in the guild at least six months or more, shown dedication to the guild, are involved in guild events and show a willingness to support the guild and help members on a regular, weekly basis as well as have shown to be mature and honorable players and members. Promotion to Elder is at the Council's discretion and is not automatic. It could very well turn out that one member is in the guild for a shorter time then another and becomes an Elder. If you have not been chosen as an Elder this is not necessarily because of bad behavior but may be because of lack of consistent involvement in the guild. If you feel you should be made an Elder contact an Officer and we will discuss it with you.

Responsible for discussion and decision making concerning all aspects of guild policy. Responsible for investigation and determination of appropriate action concerning members believed to be violating any aspects of the guild's policies.

Responsible for setting policy in conjunction with the councilors as well as all responsibilities pertaining to all other members of the officer/non-officer ranks.
